Another 100 rounds thru my MA 9MM Commander: great groups (at different distances), no problems, too much fun.
Except for the round count, my range reports for this pistol is always the same.

Except for the caliber, my range report is pretty similar to yours. I'm at the range a couple times a week and since my Commander is my daily carry it always gets fired along with whatever else I take with me.
The Commander now has over 8000 rounds through it and never has had ANY type of malfunction. And from a Ransom Rest, it will print an 1 1/2 group at 25 yards all day long.
Just gotta love a gun that does what it should.![]()
Like-wise,my Amigo now has about 700 rds.through it and has yet to have any problems.I love this gun !!! It is now my EDC....

Could you confirm that Metro Arms use standard GVT frames for their Commander models? It looks so on the pictures but I'd rather be sure.
Not that they are sold in Canada, but I can hold my breath...
Thanks
I have read that their using the standard govt . frame , someplace. Was a gun test as I remember.

My Commander's frame and grip has the exact same dimensions as my Government model
Thank you. I like the idea, which is pretty common with other types of guns; but most 1911 makers have followed Colt.
I almost ordered a Norinco Commander at a blowout price a few days ago, because of the price, the Cold War Grey slide, ambidextrous safety and despite the short "sandblasted chrome" frame and origin.
Thankfully it turned out to be one of these sales with a little stock that evaporated when I blinked.
